Amy M. Czyz, OD
"Dr. Amy"
Dr. Amy Czyz is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2000, after receiving early admittance for academic achievement. She completed her clinical training at Chilocothe Veterans Administration Hospital and the Ohio State Optometric Clinic. Upon graduation, she worked for Cigna Healthcare in Sun City taking care of a very large elderly population in Sun City. She then went on to private practice with her husband, Tom, owning and operating three eye care practices in the Phoenix metro area. "Dr. Dave"
Dave started his professional career as a trainer engineer. Then in 1997, he decided to embark on a second career turning to Optometry School. He is a graduate of the Class of 2001 from the Southern California College of Optometry. Both he and "Dr. Tom" were classmates who ultimately got back together in 2003 to start All About Eyes. Dr. Dave lives locally in Anthem with his wife, Kim, and their four daughters. |
